Good news for those of you who are keen on the competition but yet to register!

Arising from requests for late registration, we have decided to extend the registration closing date to 8 November 2008. So, those of you still gathering your players, do quickly get them in and send in the registration form to us asap!

We are fast approaching the closing date for registration of teams for the first Jammers BB4LL Tournament. So if you have yet to pick up a copy of our registration form to sign up, be sure to do it very, very soon! The event has received support from our friends at the Singapore Sports Council (SSC) and is now publicized on their website at: sporton.com.sg - Jammers BB4LL Tournament

Not only will you receive a goodie bag (including an exclusive Jammers BB4LL Tournament tee), you also stand a chance to take home more than $500 in vouchers & prizes by competing in this unique 4-on-4 tournament! You can either sign up with 4 or 5 players (1 reserve).

(If u got so many teammates, you need at least 2 teams)

What's more, tournament results, photos and videos will also be available online after the event, so keep a lookout for it! You won't want to miss out the opportunity to be the pioneers in this game!

If you're not sure how to do this, drop us an email at projecthoopz@mail2basketball.com and we will send you a copy of the registration form.


Payment of Registration Fee
Currently, the standard mode of payment is by ATM fund transfer / Internet banking. Our bank account is POSB Savings Account 060-81045-1. For ATM fund transfer, just pop by to your nearest POSB/DBS ATM machine and do it from there. Pls keep your transaction record/number for verification.

If you are not a fan of ATM fund transfer or Internet banking, you may make payment through cheque. Write us a cash cheque for $75 and mail it to us at our PO Box address. Remember to indicate your team name, captain's name and contact number on the envelope. You can also print and mail your registration form to us with your cheque.

As with most other tournaments, you gotta have some people supporting your effort (it's also essential for one's survival!), so here is one of the folks who have generously put their name beside ours to support this one-of-a-kind basketball tournament! Directions to the tournament venue

So how do you get to our tournament venue, HomeTeamNS Clubhouse (Balestier)?

The specific road name is Ah Hood Road, and the place is somewhere between Toa Payoh and Balestier.

The simplest way to get here would be by MRT. It is a 5-10 min walk from Toa Payoh MRT station. There are also a couple of buses that ply along the main road, where you can walk in (e.g. SBSTransit buses 139, 145).

When you reach here, the indoor court is located on the 2nd level of the clubhouse (take stairs after you walk past the swimming pool).

This is something that several players have asked so far. The big question... what are the prizes?

The top 3 teams for the tournament stand to win hundreds worth of sports vouchers and other items. They will also bring home the hardware in the form of team trophies.

1st Prize: $500 worth of sports vouchers

2nd Prize: $300 worth of sports vouchers

3rd Prize: $200 worth of sports vouchers

BB4LL Team Registration Form (Men's Open)

The team registration form is now available for your downloading at this link.

To download the form, click on "File > Export as .xls" Then save it to your computer and fill in the form before sending it back to us.

If you cannot access the page above, please drop us an email and we will send you a softcopy of the form.

When you have filled up the registration form with your team and player particulars, please send the form back via email to projecthoopz@mail2basketball.com. Incorrectly filled or incomplete forms will not be processed.

Payment instructions will be sent via email, along with a set of tournament rules and regulations. You can either choose to pay via internet/atm fund transfer to our business account. You must note down the date/time of your fund transfer and transaction code for verification purposes. If you are making payment via internet fund transfer, please indicate your team or team captain's name in your transfer details.

Payment must be made within 2 weeks of the form submission, or by the closing date of registration (27 October 2008), whichever is earlier. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Teams that submit registration forms without payment will not be included in the tournament schedule.

Team captains will receive a Confirmation of Participation email to inform them of successful registration and payment. If you do not receive this email by the closing date of registration, it means that you have not successfully registered for the tournament.

BB4LL Tournament in Nov '08

The stage is set for the very 1st BB4LL tournament in November 2008!

This is a format that those who play street ball in Singapore will be quite familiar with, but there has never been a tournament like this. 4-on-4 basketball half-court style, fast and furious, more crowded than the usual 3-on-3, but it also means more team play, more defense... basically more of everything! And definitely more fun!

The first round of the tournament will be held in an indoor court near Toa Payoh (very central location!) and will kick off with the Men's Open category. Details will be up over the next week, so keep your eyes glued on this page! Remember to bookmark us!

Teams of 5 (including 1 reserve) can sign up for this tournament. Unlike many tournaments held locally, this one's open to all nationalities! So that's good news for all our foreign teams out there. Grab your buddies & form a team now!

Limited places only, so quickly book your spot in the tournament. Once places are filled, we won't take in any more teams! A softcopy of the tournament form will be online within the week. Download the form, fill it up and send it back to us at projecthoopz@mail2basketball.com. Remember to sign up fast!

Team participation fees are $75 per team, inclusive of an exclusive tournament tee for every player! That works out to be $15 per person for two days of good clean basketball fun! Talk about value for money! Remember to indicate your shirt size (M to 3XL) when you submit your form!
